At the heart of “Limitless” lies this life-changing truth:  when you learn how to learn, you can break free of limiting beliefs, achieve new levels of success, and lead a truly exceptional life.  This book is not just theory.  It’s a practical, easy and proven blueprint that shows you exactly what to do to unleash your own limitless powers.

The four “supervillains”  (excerpt from the book’s Foreword):
Unfortunately, our world does not foster  a healthy environment for our brain.  Here are the four supervillains that are challenging our capacity to think, focus, learn and grow and be fully human:

Digital Deluge:
The unending flood of information in a world of finite time and unfair expectations that leads to overwhelm, anxiety and sleeplessness.

Digital Distraction:
Texts, social media announcements, emails and news alerts, while important in concept, can derail our concentration and train us to be distracted from what matters most in the moment.

Digital Dementia:
Memory is a muscle that we have allowed to atrophy.   Having a super-computer in your pocket is fun but doesn’t get you in shape.  Research has shown that the greater our capacity to learn, the more mental “brainercise” we perform, the lower our risk of dementia.

Digital deduction (the least damaging “supervillain):
We are letting technology do much of our critical thinking and reasoning  for us.   We would never let another person do our thinking for us, yet we are letting machines  do it.

With this book, you’ll learn to overcome these limits.

Limitless Wishes (excerpts from “Introduction”):
If a genie offered to grant you one wish, but only one, which one would you ask for?
Limitless wishes, of course!
What subject or skill would be equivalent of asking for limitless wishes?
To learn how to learn, right?

If you really knew how to learn smarter, faster, and better, then you could apply that to everything.
“My mission with this book is to grant you this wish in the pages that follow.”
